I bought this book about a month ago and I haven’t lost a pound! I’ve been keeping it next to me when I’m sitting on the couch watching TV and when I’m eating pizza for dinner. I take it to bed with me when I need a mid afternoon nap. Still no results! There is nothing “Supercharged” about this book at all! I guess I’ll thow it on the bookshelf with the rest of the diet books that didn’t work. Oh well!

If vendor does not really have item to ship to customer, he needs to be upfront. Not have customer wait 20 days for item to arrive; to find out that customer had not received item, and then credit customer. There was no apology or information given as to why the item was not shipped. I obviously cannot review item, but I can review customer service; it STINKS.

I’ve been on the south beach diet for four weeks and have lost a total of four pounds…all of which came off the first week. I’m not sure this is worth the effort.
